Insight & operations

Multi-shop

Run every garage from one login, each kept completely separate.

Book a demo

Run more than one garage and the last thing you want is their numbers bleeding together. In Gearboxed each shop is a separate organization, with its own invoices, parts, trucks, team and settings, and you move between them from one login with a click. The separation isn't cosmetic: everything you see belongs to the shop you're in, and switching starts fresh so nothing carries over.

Separate shops, one login

A clean space per shop

Each garage is its own organization, with its invoices, parts, trucks and team fully separate from the next.

Switch in a click

Jump between shops from the sidebar; the app resets so you never see one shop's data in another.

Your role, per shop

You might own one shop and help admin another, the switcher shows your role in each.

Locked to one shop

Everything you open belongs to the shop you're in, so data never crosses the line.

Each shop set up its own way

Its own inboxes

Connect each shop's own email accounts for invoice extraction.

Its own diagrams

Vehicle diagram templates are per shop, matched to the trucks that shop runs.

Its own tracking

Point each shop at its own Geotab connection.

Its own team and rates

Members and labor rates are set per shop, so costs reflect that crew.

Built for isolation from the ground up

Membership required

You only see a shop's data if you're a member of it, and that's checked every time.

No cross-shop bleed

Switching starts fresh, so numbers from one shop can't linger into another.

One record per shop

Invoices, work orders, inventory and suppliers all carry the shop they belong to.

How it works

  1. 1

    Each garage its own shop

Every location runs as a separate organization with its own data and settings.

  2. 2

    Switch when you move

Pick a shop from the sidebar and the whole app follows, data, settings and your role.

  3. 3

    Nothing crosses over

The separation is built in, so one shop's numbers never show up in another.

The result: a group of shops you can oversee from a single account, each as private and self-contained as if it were the only one.
